Doron Amiran, B.A., M.A,
President and Treasurer
Doron holds dual B.A. Degrees (with Honors) from
the University of California at Santa Cruz and
obtained his Graduate degree in Environmental
Studies at UC Berkley.
Doron has been an educator and administrator of govt.
programs relating to sustainable living and, together
with his father’s 30 years of building experience, have
dedicated their careers to the communion of quality of
life in an environmentally sustainable future.
Doron previously served as Project Director for
Alameda County, California’s Waste Recycling Program
and was instrumental in obtaining and supervising
grants from the U.S. Government for education and the
promotion of sustainable resource utilization.
Doron has been a guest lecturer at National
Symposiums addressing issues relating to energy
conservation. He is a nationally renowned speaker and
appears in 22 articles and publications on the subject
of renewable energy.
Presently, Doron also serves as Development Director
for the Solar Living Institute in California, promoting
energy conservation and responsible resource
utilization through the use of solar and other
sustainable systems and technologies.

Ron Amiran, Project Director
Ron Amiran shares the vision of environmentally
responsible communities and serves as Project
Director for ITC Homes.
Ron is a prominent businessman and brings to the
team 30 years of extensive experience in business,
finance and construction, mainly in high-end
residential housing development.
Ron has twice been the recipient of the prestigious
"Business Man of the Year" award in both 2005 and
2006 by the National Republican Congressional
Committee, appears in Strathmore's Who's Who in
Business and serves as Honorary Chairman of the
Business Advisory Council to the NRCC.
Congressman Tom Reynolds, Chairman of the
NRCC has said of Ron: "Mr. Amiran has served as
honorary Chairman of the Business Advisory
Council and has provided much needed support.
This award could not have gone to a more
deserving candidate."
Most recently, on September 6, 2006, Ron was
awarded the prestigious Congressional Medal of
Distinction for "…outstanding leadership in business
and contributions to the local economy."

Ms. Amiran has been the Corporate Secretary and Compliance Officer for
Sterling Bankcorp in Los Angeles (a public company with substantial Real
Estate Holdings) and later, in the same position with Cen-Fed Bank in
Pasadena, CA.

Rafael Ghinis, Q.E. Design Manager
Rafael possesses extensive experience and
accreditations both in architecture and project
management. He is a licensed GC with extensive
construction experience both in Southern Arizona and
Las Vegas, Nevada.
Rafael has served as both design and project manager
for a number of prominent residential subdivisions and
has designed and overseen the construction of
numerous architecturally significant custom homes.
Rafael, whose interview with renowned author Donna
McMenamin is fittingly published as the introduction to
the book "Traditional Mexican Style Interiors," gives
credit to "...the maestros...architectural details and
works of art that beautify our homes..." in the heartfelt
dedication to her latest well-reviewed architectural
treatise. Most recently, Rafael has to his accreditation, the

Previously Rafael served as Project Manager for the
Western District of the US Postal Service's Administrative
Services Office, responsible for managing and

facilities, including the largest postal handling facility in
the United States, at McCarren Airport in Las Vegas.
Currently, Rafael serves as Project Manager and is the Q.E. for Santa Rita
Acres Estates.
