What’s convenient and practical for one family does not necessarily mean
that it is suitable for your lifestyle. So take your time, study the
plans and if need be, make modifications that will make your home more
suitable for you. After all, you will be living there for a long time
and you should enjoy your home’s amenities to the fullest.
Mostly, changes within the existing perimeter walls will not necessitate
a re-design or any charges. But if re-design is called for or
modifications and additions are extensive, then we will do whatever we
can to facilitate the changes and keep it within your budget.
So don’t be bashful. Ask our Representative to meet with our Designers
or the project Management Team to determine if the changes you want are
feasible within your investment range.
